Types of Classes & Descriptions:

 

  Kundalini Yoga is a combination of yogic practices which when practiced under proper guidance, helps one to attain peak performance of body & mind and a heightened state of consciousness. The Sanskrit word “Kundalini” refers to a psycho-spiritual energy that lies dormant at the base of the spine and when activated, triggers enlightenment. Kundalini Yoga helps to stimulate this energy through a mixture of asanas, pranayama, meditation and music. It promotes stress relief and mental clarity whilst increasing flexibility, stamina and lung capacity. According to tradition, Kundalini Yoga will also balance and strengthen the nervous, circulatory and glandular systems. This style of yoga is appropriate for persons of all abilities.

YogaNidra (Meditation) is a soothing guided meditation to induce a state of tranquilized sleep and minimize or eliminate the effects of Jetlag. YogaNidra brings an incredible clarity, quietness, calmness, all of which are highly conducive to deep relaxation and sleep.

CoreEnergy
™ Yoga is a total body & breath conditioning program. It is designed to work on the core muscles, including the pelvic floor, the abdomen and the deep back postural muscles. Breathing techniques are used to boost the energy system, balance the hormones & detoxify the body. It helps to eliminate back pain issues! Core Energy classes are suitable for all levels of experience!

TheCore™ is a total body conditioning program which emphasizes the micro muscles to support the macro muscles of the body. Designed to work on the core organs and muscles, including the pelvic floor, abdomen and the deep back postural muscles.  Posture and general well-being improves. Practitioners are less prone to back pain and the structure of the body becomes better aligned and better balanced.

TheEnergy™ is an energizing breathing therapy program. It helps one to rejuvenate, refresh and heal one’s entire physical and mental system. It is an excellent program for overcoming back pain, spinal disorders and jetlag. One may experience heightened states of mental and physical well being.

TheAM starts your day with the feeling of balance, energy, and freedom. It’s a great warm-up session beginning with energizing breath work. A sequence of standing, sitting and finishing postures (perversions).

ThePM winds down your day. A series of poses which helps your body to relax and unwind for the evening! This great workout ends with feelings of centeredness, relaxation & tranquillity. These sessions will help you to sleep well and to overcome insomnia issues.

GentleYoga Yoga program fills the mind and body with calming & relaxing energy. I will guide you mindfully through gentle movements while helping you to experience a meditative state. Gentle Yoga will help to infuse your entire being with calm and refreshing energy which is an essential element for a busy and dynamic lifestyle. It is an excellent foundation for a beginning level practitioner, more experienced practitioners will develop a greater understanding of various poses.


About Sacci
Sacci has over 15 years of professional teaching experience in Yoga & Kundalini meditation. He has been a student of Bhagavat School of Vedanta and Yoga since 1981. He is a yoga teacher and has travelled a great deal around India learning from different spiritual teachers, yogis. He has practiced Yoga with the students of Swami Sivananda, B.K.S. Iyengar and Pattabhi Jois.
